Our Costing Approach
When we look at our commitment on a project, we do it based on the capability the client requires and the need to achieve client satisfaction – and not so much on our man hours. We often hear of businesses that suffer from escalating costs from a website provider, or poor satisfaction at the end with a lack of interest after initial delivery. Indeed, the concept of delivering a website is rather short sighted in our view – we have to deliver capability, efficiency and business success, with a website at the front of it. And those elements always change, develop and grow over time.
This is why we clearly split our pricing scale, with a price for the initial site development and setup of management structures, then the downstream monthly cost for continued change, development and refinement, as well as the usual maintenance requirements. And with our multi-level approach to functionality levels and website visual types we end up with a pricing structure that effectively reflects the range of solutions that we deliver.
The prices shown are realistic for most small and medium business requirements and we will agree to meet these cost targets if your needs fall within scope. Once a costed plan is agreed you can be confident that we will deliver an outstanding solution within a defined budget.

We always work with our clients to understand and cross-check cost planning against site design timescales, core systems build (inc additional add-ons), data population, training and roll-out. We also discuss downstream support and maintenance costs.

Every project is costed on an individual basis to confirm that it is in scope of the price points below, or if there is a need for add-ons to meet particular requirements.

The way we plan the recurring element of any project is the key to its longterm success. Websites and systems cannot be left static – WIX is always changing, SEO is always required, and so is maintenance. But you will have new ideas too. Any website that works well will have changed significantly a year down the line. So a moderate amount of change is included in the sustainment costs.

Once we are ready to start a project, we will have agreed a timescale for the build and delivery phase, and then continuation into sustainment. It may be that a large project takes say two or even three months to complete the build phase, data population, plus maybe recruitment and training of new staff in your business, In these cases we would propose to split the initial design and setup fees as monthly payments.

The initial design and setup costs cover the build and initial launch of your website plus setup of required functionality. Recurring sustainment costs only start after the build and launch phase is complete.
